Note: Children can be considered to have entered through a PMTCT program if their mother received PMTCT drugs (either in a dedicated PMTCT program or an integrated program) and the infant was diagnosed in PMTCT follow-up and enrolled at <6 months of age. Enter 1 if child entered through a PMTCT program, 0 if child is known to have NOT entered through a PMTCT program (e.g. hospitalization, TB program, general HIV clinic) and 9 if unknown.
